Qigong(Tai Chi) classes

The Centre is pleased to be able to offer Qigong classes by Colin Dowling, a qualified instructor. These classes are now available to watch online when it suits you.

When is Tai Chi not Tai Chi? When it is Qigong (chi-gong).

Qigong incorporates all the principles of Tai Chi, doing Tai Chi moves but repeating them to become a flow . The purpose is to promote the flow of Qi (chi) - (life force energy) through the body and remove energy stagnation and blockages. Qi is also known as Ki in Japan and Prana in India.
