Oxygen therapy
Oxygen therapy was the first therapy offered at the MS Therapy Centre.
Nerve damage in MS is the result of inflammation, which in turn causes scarring. It is the scar tissue that prevents messages getting from the brain to the limbs, thus resulting in disability. By breathing 100% oxygen under pressure, extra oxygen is absorbed into the tissue.
This helps to repair the damaged tissue before it becomes scarred.
Available to book Monday to Thursday
10:15am for both the 16ft and 24ft oxygen chambers
12 noon for both the 16ft and 24ft oxygen chambers (except Wednesdays)
12 noon Wednesdays for the 33ft oxygen chamber
