Balance Classes

If you feel that you would like to improve your stability when doing every day tasks, whether that be while sitting or standing, why not try our balance classes. We run classes at different levels to suit your needs. Our level 2 class is a mix of seated and standing exercise to help with everyday tasks such as reaching for objects. Our level 3/4 class focusses more on standing balance.

 Lisa who attends a level 2 class said “I love attending the balance class & look forward to it. It’s always enjoyable and never a chore. It’s helped me massively with my day to day activities. I can stand to brush my teeth, make a cup of tea and even bend down to pick something off the floor. This class is making my life easier”. .

Tuesday 1.45-2.15 level 3/4

Wednesday 11.45-12.15 level 2
