Love to Move

‘Love to Move’ is a licensed programme based on Japanese research into the use of bilateral asymmetric exercise with people living with dementia. Since then, the programme has evolved to address the needs of other populations affected by progressive neurological conditions including MS and Parkinsons.

It’s a low impact seated exercise class to help people with physical, or neurological impairment, move and function better. It integrates physical coordination skills with activities stimulating cognitive processing and social interaction, helping with everyday tasks to preserve independence.

Bridget Poulter is a licensed LTM deliverer who has taught L2M since 2018, she is also a Keep Fit Association teacher holding L3 Teaching Exercise to Music to Adults.

Sessions will run on Mondays at 11:30 at the Centre and on Fridays at 11:00 online via zoom.

If you would like to book a place, please contact Karen on reception on 01234 325781 or reception@mscentrebedsandnorthants.com.
